Split-Rail Dress code:
· All team members must wear non-slip shoes at all times while working.
· In BOH, team members may wear jeans, slacks, or kitchen pants; no shorts, sweatpants, joggers, or pajama pants.
· In FOH, team members may wear true black pants in a comfortable fit; these pants should be whole, with no rips, tears, or fading, and should not be excessively tight or baggy. FOH team members may wear jeans or slacks; no shorts, sweatpants, joggers, yoga or stretch pants, or pajama pants.
· In BOH, team members may wear any shirt that has sleeves, does not show their midriff, low back, or underarms, and has no offensive language on it.
· In BOH, team members may wear jeans, slacks, or kitchen pants; no shorts, sweatpants, joggers, yoga or stretch pants, or pajama pants.
· In FOH, server assistants and barbacks may wear an issued Split-Rail tee shirt, and it should be tucked into their jeans.
· Servers, bartenders, and hosts may wear any top that meets the following guidelines: it has sleeves (short or long); does not show their midriff, low back, or underarms; has no words, graphics or logos. It may be collared or not, and any color or pattern is fine.
· In FOH, headwear is not allowed unless explicitly approved by MOD.
· For all team members, long hair (to shoulders or beyond) must be tied back neatly during the shift.
· For all team members, fingernails must be trimmed and neat; fingernail polish is allowed if it's neat and unchipped. Anyone who arrives at work with chipped fingernail polish will be asked to remove it before their shift.
· Jewelry is allowed if there's no chance of it winding up in someone's food or beverage, and it does not impede team members' ability to perform their jobs. As with clothing jewelry may not be offensive, nor have logos or words.
